Clavis provides keyboard shortcuts for efficient navigation and control. Shortcuts are disabled when typing in input fields.

Space	Play/Pause normal trajectory animation; disabled for large/native streaming sessions
Left Arrow	Previous frame
Right Arrow	Next frame

View Controls

C	Toggle cage display
H	Toggle hydrogen bond display
B	Toggle periodic boundary condition (PBC) box
X	Toggle coordinate axes
R	Reset camera to default position

Selection

V	Switch to View mode (rotate/pan/zoom)
S	Switch to Select mode (click atoms)
Ctrl/Cmd + A	Select all atoms
I	Invert selection
Esc	Clear selection / Close modals
